Personal data collected

From the person searching, we receive the text of the search. We do not ask for a ChatGPT account, a payment card, a government identifier, a password, or health information. From the directory, we store manufacturer business contacts: company name, public email, phone, WeChat, and website.

Purposes of use

We use the search text only to rank that directory and return matching contacts. We do not sell the query, and we do not use searches to build a profile.

Recipients

The person who searched sees the contacts in ChatGPT and on airsup.co/search. OpenAI receives the tool result because ChatGPT displays it. Supabase stores the directory. Vercel hosts the site and can keep ordinary request logs, which may include the time, IP address, and query string. We do not send the query to the supplier.

Retention

Directory records stay while the manufacturer remains in Airsup’s published index. The search text is not written into the directory, and we do not keep a search history. Host request logs follow the hosting provider’s ordinary log window and are not used to track or profile searchers.

Your controls

Email support@airsup.co to correct or remove a listing. Because a search is not saved in the directory, there is no search history to delete. You can still write about a listing or a log from the support page.

Airsup Search does not contact suppliers, request quotes, or take payment.
